Aviary at Xaman –Ha
This is a nice place for you and your kids for them to check out the birds. There are many different kind of bird with different colors. Monkeys
The monkey sanctuary is a place to see with your kids. The jungle place for spider monkey sanctuary offers shelter, medical care and food care for the injured spider monkey .Let your kids have some time playing with the monkey and feeding the sick ones. They can also clean some of the monkeys and have that caring time with them and show them some love and attention. Book in advance before you visit the monkey sanctuary.
Swim with Dolphins
What a way to have some fun with you kids than taking them to see and swim with the dolphins. Swimming with dolphins is an experience of a life time, talk to them and feed them. Some dolphins can even carry on their back and you can just swim side by side with them.
Underground River.
At the underground river system, you will see stalactites and stalagmites. The caves are strictly forbidden for the kids below four years of age and carrying a camera is prohibited in the cave. The cave is just spectacular and you will learn so much.
Mayan ruins in Tulum
The Myan ruins at Tulum, set on a cliff overlooking the crystal clear Caribbean water, here kids are told that they are going on a real life Indiana Jones adventure. They’ll love the very many iguanas running around, and playing in the beautiful rocky beach at the base of the ruins. These ruins are fairly spread out and you should be able to walk them easily in an hour or two. There’s a small touristy area nearby where you can buy overpriced trinkets, and where the kids should get a kick out of seeing Mayan flyers twirl around suspended by their feet on a four story pole.(Image by kiratiana)
The Biosphere Sian ka’an
The nature eco reserve is a great place for kids to see animals and the marine life native to the Yucatan in a protected, natural setting. You can then take a boat tour and try your hand at fly fishing or bird watch on a kayak in the reserve.
There are so many things that you can see at the playa, your kids will enjoy their holiday in this beautiful city full of sight seeing and never getting bored. Some of the places you have to book in advance check them out and a beautiful time with your family.
